Benu A.M.S.

Our department Benu Fire is dealing with design and production of wood biomass furnaces (using logs, pelets or chips), that operate on the principle of internal negative pressure draft without enforced air blowing. All our furnaces are thus independant from electricity and electronic controllers, however they provide quality and complete combustion of wood biomass.

We don't think conventional.

Technology known for centuries and a contemporary approach were merged into a modern, pocket and environement friendly product.

Completely new concept with the innovative furnace core provides:
- highly efficient heat exchange between the furnace and the intermediary,
- low temperatures of exhaust gases,
- smoke-free combustion,
- complete combustion with little residue ashes,
- 30-60% lower consumption of wood biomass.

From idea to prototype

The whole story began with the designing of a furnace to heat our aircarft hangar. The hangar is relatively big (the area of around 200 square meters and the height of 3,2 meters) and completely uninsulated from the outside, which is why we wanted to make a furnace with the highest efficiency and with high heating power in the shortest time possible.

The Fire Drum  was born...

... The prototype of the Fire family,
which warms up the hangar mentioned above for 2°C with one average log (of aproximately 2kg) in one hour.
